More Than 1,000 Suzhou Entrepreneurs Gather as SEPPES Doors Chairman Yang Yuanjia Attends the SuShang Conference

On March 20, 2026, the Second Suzhou SuShang Conference 2026 was held at the Suzhou International Conference Hotel. The date coincided with the spring equinox and the traditional Dragon Raises Its Head festival, a day associated in old Suzhou with eating chengyao cake and wishing for growth and prosperity. More than 1,000 representatives of Suzhou-based businesses gathered to support the city's development and energize industrial upgrading. As an outstanding representative of Suzhou's innovative enterprises, Yang Yuanjia, founder and chairman of Suzhou SEPPES Holding Group Co., Ltd. and SEPPES Doors Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., was invited to attend. As an innovative business leader with 15 years of experience in the industrial door sector, Chairman Yang exchanged views with senior entrepreneurs including Chen Jianhua of Hengli Group and Cui Genliang of Hengtong Group. Their discussions focused on manufacturing transformation, industrial upgrading, and brand globalization. By learning up close from leading Suzhou companies, including Hengli Group's ambition to reach trillion-yuan revenue, Hengtong Group's success in domestic substitution for optical fiber and cable, and Bosideng's expansion into 72 countries, Yang gained a deeper appreciation of the innovation resilience of Suzhou enterprises and the city's pro-business environment.

At the conference, Suzhou clarified its direction for transformation and upgrading. The city upgraded business services, released the Suzhou Action Plan for Building a First-Class Business Environment 2026, and deepened its integrated inspection reform to reduce costs and burdens for companies. It also announced plans for ten key emerging industries and ten key future industries, signaling a strong push to seize the next round of growth opportunities.
